Personal Assistant Duties 7 to 8 hours per week long-term one-year minimum. Manage a task manager account such as [login to view URL]; maybe use Trello Watch Video To See Roughly What I’m After. ? University time manager. • Place tasks in my calendar to do for the day. (Example: I must study biology for two hours today) • let me know of upcoming assignments and ensure I have enough time to study and write them. • You will have access to my online university to find out my schedule. • Schedule my classes in my calendar. Work schedule • Place my work in the calendar for each day. (This will be quite automated with very minimal changes) Add exercise into my calendar. • I would like to find at least four hours per week to do exercise Amendments To My Calendar • I would like an easy way to contact you to amend my calendar Administration Tasks • I would occasionally like for you to do certain tasks for me like gather information on how to fill out a form applying for licenses et cetera What I can offer as an employee • I am a very relaxed and easy-going person; I believe in mutual respect for both people involved in a contract. • I am looking at someone for a long period for several years and will be paid weekly. • I would like a weekly meeting virtually for 5 to 10 minutes. And a platform to work on communication-wise that I can send you updates, et cetera for you to add to my calendar. • Initially they will be a few more hours required to set up, but I think ongoing it would be quite automated. • I am looking at spending AU$70 per week. If you do need extra time, that can be arranged, but this needs to be discussed. So, for example, my calendar would look like. • Wake-up 6 o’clock • work with a client between 10 o’clock and 12 • exercise between 1230 and 130 • study microbiology assignment two between 2 o’clock and 4 o’clock • free time between four and six • 6 o’clock work for 40 minutes on healthcare assignment. • Something that looks similar to this is that when I finish a task, it registers as completed.
