Key Responsibilities: - Answering calls and inquiries from potential clients - Scheduling appointments with clients and other professionals - Sending a basic form and helping clients fill it out Requirements: - Fluency in English is a must - Good communication and phone etiquette - Basic understanding of real estate terminology would be a plus The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work independently. The assistant will be expected to interact with our systems through Google Sheets so familiarity with this application would be beneficial.
