Hello, we can`t set up VAT so that it works properly on Shopify and our Dutch accountant office. Best Plan - No Plan sales handcrafted clothes, we have an offline store in Thailand. On shopify we have a website and everythig is already set but it turns out that we can`t set the automatically collected VAT for each European country on the platform shopify. This what they say: If you're located in the EU or you collect VAT on sales within the EU, then collecting VAT when you ship to customers in the EU from outside of the EU isn't supported.
