Harbin, China: Translate a brief presentation

I will be giving a brief presentation to law enforcement in Harbin on 6 December, and need someone to serve as an interpreter (mostly repeating what I say in Chinese, but also translating questions from participants and my answers). The presentation itself will take about 15 minutes, but the event will last a couple of hours. The content of the presentation is not very technical, just a brief introduction of the brand I represent, and an explanation of how to differentiate genuine products from counterfeits. Before the meeting, we would need to prepare for about 30 minutes, and I can also send a list of key terms ahead of time.
