Project Manager for Web Design Firm

Looking for an Online Project Manager We are looking for people that can manage the process of web portals creation for us, we are an internet consulting firm, we need somebody with he ability of make follow up to the coders and or clients, send reports. Etc.. etc... Basic Tasks: Follow up Artist (graphic design) Follow up coder (we use joomla, php. etc...) Follow up Us/Client (We need to supply the content) ** Deadlines are important ** We offer productivity bonus.... We use and online project management tool, MSN and Skype for communication. Our time zone is -4 Caracas La Paz Is not necessary to understand Spanish... but it will help. We speak Spanish too. We are thinking on a per project fee... if you have another idea, please lets us know. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
