Hi there! I’m a music student at Cambridge University and am a huge jazz fan so would love to transcribe an improvisation for you! I have 5+ years’ experience playing in a big band, with both written and improvised solos, so I’m definitely qualified to get the solo written out just how you want it. A large part of my degree also involves me using Musescore4 as a transcription software which I am very familiar with - not only will I be able to deliver the score effectively and efficiently but I’ll be able to make quick and easy edits to it if it’s not quite what you’re after. I’ve also spent a lot of time analysing jazz harmonies - whilst this won’t directly help me with the notes themselves, it’ll give me a good idea of the improvisation as a whole, allowing me to intuitively work out where the notes are leading and complete the process with more ease. Unfortunately as far as I’m aware I’m not able to attach a portfolio to this bid - that being said, just shoot me a message and I’ll send over 3 or 4 scores of my past works (both jazz and otherwise) to prove my aptitude.
