Fix bug in my live production software (PC Windows desktop "application" or "program")

I need a programmer who is very familiar with my particular live-production, live-streaming program who can go in and fix a sizing problem that the new version is having with bringing in a desktop capture image. The saved settings are being ignored when the program is closed and re-opened. (NOTE: I no longer desire to make my own video program for running my custom virtual studio images -- I just want someone to fix the bugs and flaws with properly sizing a desktop capture image in my existing program and add a few other features.)
