Need Team Members for Sublime Talks - An Interviewing Site

I can't go on with everything alone and need members. I need 2 Interviewers, 1 Site Manager & 1 SEO Adviser. Anyone can help, will be very glad to work with them. About Payment Payment will be done only after we start earning, and for that we need co-ordination. If you think "The project poster's the boss and will pay me", its totally inconsiderable as we will be a team. Earnings At first we can earn from Google Adsense and all. Soon we become popular, we will take in other websites' advertises on our site. And if someone particular themselves wants us to interview them, we will take money for that and the interviewer will be paid higher for that, even higher than me. Verdict So, Only Helpful Guys that are not in need of money, not in thirst of money bid. Though bidding wouldn't help you as the payment will be decided later.
