I have in-depth experience across global corporates in technical, commercial, financial and services industries: developing attraction and recruitment strategies; implementing and training on targeting recruitment and selection processes, practice and tools; selection of Graduate and Experienced professionals via c. screening, structured interviewing and assessment centers. I understand the need for recruiting the right set of capability / development areas and attitude that fits the job and culture of the organisation with speed. It also doesn't hurt to ensure the right set of soft skills to balance team dynamics and a good grasp of competency gaps to understand if the applicant can grow with the company or be developed over a reasonable time frame.
