I went throught your specifications and they look pretty clear. I already made 2 systems (one for complete administration of music school and one for insurance company (policy, investments, accounting, risk management, ...)) With 14 years of experience and a few similar CRM systems created for clients in the past, I am sure I can meet your requirements and build you a solid web based crm for your product sales and invoicing needs. I am available over email, Skype and Telelphone. They means of communication have served me well with my other Melbourne based clients. We can use a reputable PHP framework using Code Igniter or use my own custom framework if you prefer. If you are nagotiable on the type of server to use, I would rather recommend a Linux server. My previous experience running PHP on Windows server was poor security and performance. But in the end, it's your choice and environment, I am happy with whatever you prefer.
