Procmail Script to Convert All Mails to Plain text

I require a procmail script to run on my Ubuntu 8.04 server that will convert all mails to plain text.? I need the? procmail? recipe to be formatted something like? the following: :0 * ^To:.*email@[login to view URL] |$HOME/"Script to convert email to plain text" |MyProcessScript ? I need the developer to create me? a script that will be called to convert the email to plain text. The script should accept any type of mail format e.g. HTML, Rich text, web mail, blackberry or any other format and output a plain text version of the email so it can be feed into the "MyProcessScript". The script should remove any mail attachments.? ? I finally need a parameter for the script "-s", if this parameter is used the script should check if the mail? is SPAM. If the mail is a SPAM mail it should not be outputted and the procmail recipe should be exited. If the "-s" parameter is not used then the script should not check if it is SPAM.
