I require clones of the Realty and Roommate solutions provided by realtysoft.pro. Visit [login to view URL] to view the features and demos. I need the script to be an exact match to these two solutions. Which include the exact features. However, I need several alterations and mods to fit in with my market. I own a student accommodation advertising service and will need to be able to tell you the handful of mods I need to meet my users needs. The two scripts also need to work together simultanously by sharing the same database of users. As one is a property rental listings script and the other is a roommate finder I need them to work together so if a user finds a property they want to rent, and they need to find rooms mates for the property, a click of a button will instantly put an ad for a roommate in the room mate script...etc. Thank you.
