When my user hit the password lost button, I get a page of mysql errors.

I get:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object

and

Warning: main(../library/config/[url removed, login to view]): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I looked at the php file, and I don't see any glaring problems.

The project is to repair the password lost function.
