Hi, I'm looking for someone that can create service for Android, that can decode an string encoded in an ultrasonic sound file. Based on an already existent library. The specific use case is well defined, is to transmit text to the devices. This text needs to be encoded as a byte array and then transform it in to a 19.2 kHz frequency audio file, the file needs to be generated, and played. And a service in Android, needs to be able to detect it and decode it. The detection needs to be noise tolerant, so the detection can happen in a common enviroment.
