To make auto copies of the same Hebrew word in the Hebrew bible translation

I'm seeking a freelancer with knowledge and experience with the Ancient Hebrew Bible. The chosen freelancer will be able to generate an Excel spreadsheet that automatically makes copies of the same Hebrew word throughout the text. This task requires * Proficiency in the Ancient Hebrew Bible * Advanced Excel skills * The ability to produce a clean, cohesive spreadsheet Please note, there is no need for annotations or explanations for this project. The main focus is on the function of auto-copying specific words from the Ancient Hebrew Bible translation. /////// At first, the part of this project was prepared with Word. > = click. Insert > Table. A Table from Word may have from 4 to 7 columns. Each column consists of 10 fixed rows of materials. Based on the number of words of a verse, a table length can be adjusted, that is, the number of a column can be made from 4 to a maximum of 7 columns. The paper size is letter size. This is fixed, not changeable. The number of consonants of a word in a verse affects the number of columns from 4, 5, 6, and a maximum of 7. If a verse is long = many words, then, 2 or 3, even 4 Tables may be formed with a different number of columns. I assign a number from 1 to 7 to each column (= each Hebrew word of a verse) on the first raw. And I assign the small letters from a to j to each row on the left side. The small letter of a to j assignment to each row is fixed, not changeable. In other words, the position of 10 rows cannot be shifted, The small letter “a” raw is the raw of Hebrew words. “b” raw is my Hebrew-English Digital Transliterations (HEDT) of each Hebrew word. “c” raw is translations to English. ... The classic Hebrew proficient may not be required. Hebrew words in the HEDT system can be written in Hebrew, similar to the original Hebrew Bible without accent marks. Hebrew accent marks are not written similar to how we don't type accents in English. 1. When a Hebrew word in a column appears repeatedly in a different column, then the data of 10 rows of this column must be copied. 2. Editing should be allowed in rows, whether original or copied rows. 3. If the use of spreadsheet may bring out better result, please feel free to suggest it to me. 4. It seems to be better that the whole book of the Hebrew Bible, BHQ (5th edition), or BHS (4th edition) could be inserted into the table format. These are the necessary functions in order to reduce the time of the author in handling the Hebrew Bible. However, in order to save cost, please present to me better ways to handle data.
