You can manage your own schedule and choose how many days and how many hours you will work per week. The flexible schedule in 51Speak makes it ideal for working professionals! RESPONSIBILITIES: - Teach the English language to Chinese students through Skype - Create and deliver conversational and business English lessons using various teaching strategies and materials in reading, speaking, listening and writing - Student assessment by keeping reliable records of student performance through progress reports and similar materials for evaluation - Contribute talent and interest to various development projects - Provide fun and lively classroom environment when conducting classes QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: - A university degree preferably in business, from a reputable higher education institution - At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field - At least one (1) year experience teaching English online - Fluent with excellent grammar skills in English, speaks American accent with clear voice and good pronunciation. - Enjoys teaching English to foreign students - Energetic: Can conduct lively classes and a passion for teaching - Great at multitasking - Computer literate, above average Skype skills - Minimum of Fifty (50) words per minute of typing speed - ELT, TESL, TESOL, or TEFL Certificate holders will be highly prioritized - Highly motivated, articulate, confident and warm, attentive to details and resourceful - High sense of responsibility - High-speed, stable Internet connection from home - Has quiet working environment - Can work during any preferred days of the week - Can work during any preferred hours between 2pm-12mn on weekdays and on weekends. - Start work earliest in March 2013 HOW TO APPY: 1.
