I'm an ESL teacher looking for a fellow ESL teacher who can assist me with the task of providing a 30 minute online demo class presentation - roughly 25 minutes in length. The test is geared toward students between the ages of 5-10 years old. you’re expected to demonstrate your teaching skills and strategies using the teaching materials already provided. There is also an instructional video you can mimic. The demonstration should last no less than 15 minutes and no more than 20 minutes. With a team member pretending to be your student, a comprehensive evaluation will be conducted. For the evaluation, the following 6 main factors will be taken into consideration: 1. TPR 2. Reward System 3. Zoom Annotations 4. Modelling 5. Error Correction 6. Teaching Scrip Add the words: "ESL TEACHER FOR DEMO" to the top of your response message to this post or you will be skipped.

ESL TEACHER FOR DEMO Hi there! I'm a native Spanish speaker with a bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs. I have known English since I was a little kid thanks to traveling, studying abroad and playing tons of videogames. I could not help noticing the uniqueness of your project, so I empathized immediately. I am very passionate about teaching English, so helping a fellow ESL teacher is beyond ideal for me. I lived in Gainesville, FL for about 8 months and studied English in Santa Fe Community College. I have worked with English in a very high academic level, both in my years of experience as an English/Spanish professor, as full time translator for an adult content blogsite, and for a Digital Marketing Agency. The 6 main factors that you have mentioned are key when it comes to engaging with students within the classroom. I believe I excel at all of them. I find myself confused though, regarding the "teaching materials already provided" as you said in the description. For the moment I assume that you will provide said material to the winning candidate. Right now I am processing my TEFL certification, but this aside, I already have experience teaching English as a second language. I'm really looking forward to become a better professional.
