Ebay Store Maintain

Hi, I just opened a ebay store and I want a person who can insert my items as auction or buyit now and can maintain those listings. I have different category so that person need to take product description prices and all from my website and insert the same appropriately to ebay store. Person should be well versed with ebay store managment and have good score. He should know how to list product to get listing price as minimum as possible. There are around 300 products and based on quantity different combination can be created. I will see the performance for a month and if i find it good ,and good sale then its a long term opportunity. For first month, I wont be able to pay him much so bid accordingly but if sell starts , he will be geting per sale 4%. My average order will be in between $50-$400. Maximum bid for first month - $100 and want to start asap. Interested person can contact me and I will provide a sample store like what I am looking for and its wedding related products.
