Ok...so I need a classified website put together.
Functionality is based on Craigslist but the content is quite different. There will be a few operational additions/changes to the CL format as well.
My site needs to be put together with php/mysql applications.
Ideally it would be best of you already had a craigslist clone built and could just apply the few changes needed for me.
Remember PHP, Mysql, Joomla.
If you have the ability to actually do this work please contact me as soon as possible.
This is a paying gig. Budget to be discussed at the time of contact.

Here is some information which I hope clarifies the job a bit.
I am going to stick with php/mysql applications and Joomla admin.
My having the ability to make basic changes such as adding pages, changing font, color, background, text, categories, buttons, links, content, images is essential.
I will also need the site to have both free users and paid accounts with admin being able to select who gets to see what. Also mailing lists, ad space, good backroom tracking (IE Joomla), and to have other programmers work on the site in the future.
All are important.
I have already created a template for the page layout and look. It is online.
Included in this template (not all functional) are the site functions such as search boxes, contact forms, categories, ad space, and mock up buttons and links which text states the function they are to have and the page type they are to lead to.
This site is up but again not fully functional.
I need it made functional.
The mock up site I have created does not contain all the pages there are to be...as it will all need to be redone/reconstructed by a programmer anyway. Most of the text content has been written. For the pages I have not created I can send links to pages on other sites I would want to copy in basic look, and exact form and function.
Again I need the ability to edit, add or remove pages, categories, links, buttons, background colors, etc.
I will also need to be able to hire any programmer to work on the site after it is up and running.
Addition 3:
I want to copy CL exactly in just about every function, including forums, calendar, accounts, the way people post, the flagging, the admin features, the basics of the page displays, etc.
I will want to add to those functions these characteristics.
1. The ability to post in multiple cities/places(paid feature/can show example).
2. Two steps or levels of categories to choose from when posting. One step required, the other optional.
3. Tag words/Key words on pages to serve as auto search buttons.
4. The ability to archive posts.(ability to make access to archives available only to account holders if I want to later on)
5. The ability to select or deselect to use these features where applicable.
4. Payments through paypal account.
That should help answer some of the questions you might have. I am not a pro at this so Im sure my descriptions are somewhat lacking.
