For our photography studios doing business portraits matching with photographers based in 3 locations we are looking for a helping customer support Level 1 Agent. Starting by mail and maybe later also by chat and phone. We offer: - Easy, fun and flexible support - Cool topic: photography - Work from anywhere - Flexible working hours - Possibility to to developp to Level 2 and earn more - Part of a fast growing young company Required skills: - Native German or bilingual - 1h - max. 2h per day from Mo - Sat (times +/. flex) - Experience with customer support - Freelancer or contractor. - At least 21 years old Preferred skills: - Worked with Freshdesk or other support tools What we expect: - Take full responsibility for our customers’ success - Troubleshoot issues, engage current customers, and build out our Knowledge Base and FAQs. - Use your customer service skills to treat our clients like VIP's. You'll help us answer client inquiries and resolve tricky questions like a pro. - Troubleshoot bugs and develop new opportunities for the Customer Success Team.
