Hi and Sorry All, as I am reposting this project. The last time when I posted this project we got stuck with some government rules, so needed to hold on for some time. So I am restarting it all over again. Below are the details. I own a small piece of land (12000 sqft) in front of a lake near Pune, Maharashtra. I want to build a small farmhouse on this land. I have a very simple drawing ready as I wanted from my architect. Attached is the drawing from the architect which will show you the layout and dimensions. Also attached is a rough drawing that I have sent to my architect and he worked on it technically. So whatever you see in 2D is the final layout and I do not want you to make any changes to it. I am good with this layout and dimensions. My biggest concern is how it will look after completion. So I want you to elevate this layout and show me a 3D elevation, so I and my family (small family, me, wife, and daughter) can see how it will look. This is a single story and we are going to construct this as RCC + RCC slab. However, we cannot decide whether we want a sloping roof or a flat roof. As this is a farmhouse and in general farmhouses are having a slopping roof. So I want you to suggest and show me 3 options to look at. 1) Full-sloping roof (either on all 4 sides or 2 sides like an inverted V) 2) Full flat roof 3) Partially sloping and partially flat. Anything else that you may suggest would be a great help. Please note I am not a technical person so whatever you communicate should be simple and in layman's language. I may ask for some changes/updates before finalizing. Please let me know if you need any further information/clarification from my side. Thanks Ritesh
