I have a tract of land with a house on it in Awendaw, SC. I want to maximize the number of building lots on the parcel. I've attached the zoning bylaws and a survey, and they are not complicated. It seems like I can build on a 30,000 sq ft lot with 100 feet of frontage, by my analysis. The existing house is right by the fresh-water pond. I want to lay out four more house lots for my development that would be by right. I need an engineer to look at the zoning, confirm the zoning so I can build the project, and prepare a subdivision plan off the survey that I can get approved by right. Thank you, Bob B
