Write an Android application

I am looking to get a mobile security application with the below three major components: 1. Antivirus component with the below features: • Application control for whitelisting or black listing applications. • Device control for controlling Input output components like Blue tooth, IR, Wireless etc. • Anti Rootkit/ Anti Malware/ Anti Trojan/ Anti Key Logger/ Anti Virus protection and real time scanning with auto update of signatures/directories from global repositories. • Anti Spam for Email Protection with auto update of signatures/ directories for spam reputation and filtering. • Web security for Anti Phishing with site advisor on website reputation and health being accessed from the mobile. • Download security for quarantining the downloads first for Antivirus screening before launch. • Website filter for enabling parental control / category control for websites. • Firewall with Mobile number, ports and IP blocking capabilities. 2. Global Web Console for managing Mobile device: • Web console for tracking global location of mobile phones when connected to GPRS on Global MAP. • Remote Wipe feature for entire mobile data. • Remote Lock for Mobile devices with Siren Capabilities. • Remote Audio or/and Video capture. • Remote Snap shot capture. • Remote On screen Message Display. • SIM management with controlling SIM Activation on Mobile. • Mobile Activity Log tracking on Web console. 3. Mobile Security Cloud: • Cloud which may be managed from the Web console for managing sync data on Web console. • Sync Control to sync individual components like Photos, Videos, Music, Emails, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Apps or Entire Mobile profile with Data. • Backup control with settings/policies for backing up individual components and mobile data. The freelancer will be required to set the webconsole, backup console and the provide the development of the application.
