Website, data driven custom front-end from existing API (no WordPress)

JustInMind website has been created to clearly explain this project. I need a website with custom front end. This is not a job for WordPress. 1) I need a geographic map of the United States customized. (a) Map broken out in specific areas based upon zip code. (b) Map is color coded to highlight targeted areas. (c) Each area needs to present a table of data based upon hover, click or double-click an area. (d) Map will display an origination point / destination point, but will need Google maps to draw the route (with traffic) (e) map will overlay weather. 2) Several data tables will be located on an online server. These data tables will be necessary to complete the map and display data tables. The website will need functionality to filter the data and present the data in a table on the map. 3) The User will be able to customize what is visible on the map with toggle buttons. I have used a website JustInMind so that the developer can see all of the steps. Applicants need to provide websites of previous jobs with (a) a map and (b) filtering/sorting data and presenting cleanly. 1) Webpage that lists a table (table is 20,000 rows, 50 columns). I need the table to (a) the user can select any columns, (b) reorder the columns (c) filter the table (d) sort the output by any column. (e) color code some of the data to attract attention to certain data. 2) Using the same table, (a) display the data on a custom map (using 3 digit zip). (b) The map will be color coded, (c) when the user clicks on custom location in the map, this will serve the same purpose as 'filtering" as a graphic image on the map. (d) When the mouse hovers over any location on the map, a pop-up box will display showing various metrics on the map. I would like to see similar work from the consultant. If the consultant only specializes in the Table or the Map but not both, that is OK also. I discussion will most likely be required to clearly articulate my goals, and address any questions from the Developer.
