Customize Wordpress Essential Grid Plugin

**LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH ESSENTIAL GRID EXPERIENCE** I'd like someone to build me an Essential Grid on a page on my site that will do the following: -Click on an image cell and Text/html appears in a lightbox. An example of this would be click on the image on a client’s face and a lightbox appears displaying a text version of what they said about me. No image in the lightbox, just text. Note that the standard lightbox dones't work for this (too slow, even after custom programming). So at Themepunch's suggestion, I'm using the Jackbox lightbox instead. -Click on an image in a cell and a different image appears in a lightbox. An example of this would be click on the image of the client’s face and a lightbox appears with a picture of a card they sent me. So click on image A and image B is what shows in the lightbox. -Click on an image in a cell and a Wistia-hosted video plays. -I’d also like to make it so I can display a block of text on the grid itself than when clicked, displays a different block of text. So I might put a short quote in big text in a cell on the grid, then when it’s pressed, a few paragraphs of text would appear in the lightbox. I’d be willing to cheat and just do the text that appears on the grid as an image if I had to, but it would be better if I could just type it in someplace. So I'd like someone to do that basic setup for me, then give me instructions so I can add more of each type of cell to the grid myself going forward.
