Hi , I'm a UK based MSP with 10 years experience in configuring and fixing enterprise networks primarily using windows server as a file server and DC. This seems like a few hours at absolute Max and that's only if you need all the user accounts setting up too , beat practise is to domain all the users and add Active Directory services to the server so all the PCs can authenticate against this and we can then create file and storage services and map them to the users . Alternatively we can just create the users on the server and add the credentials to windows credentialanager on each PC.
