Hi i can provide self signed certificate to binding with your IIS server, but for authorized with Certificate Authority need reach from public to make free lets encrypt certificate. But if just from local maybe can use self signed.

Hola como estas? Si necesitás un certificado SSL no puede ser para una IP (por ejemplo https://123.123.123...) porque los certificados son para dominios. Si necesitás se puede generar uno "self signed" pero obviamente no va a ser lo mismo. Avisame si necesitas y te doy una mano. Saludos!

Buenas estimados, la manera más precaria de hacerlo (pensando en un ambiente de grupo de trabajo - sin dominio de windows server) sería utilizar un certificado autofirmado, generado con el mismo IIS para el nombre de host del servidor, y además crear el redireccionamiento de HTTP a HTTPS utilizando un complemento de IIS con una expresión regular. Si se trata de un server aislado (que no está en un dominio) podemos crear una sobrecarga DNS en el mismo servidor para que resuelva a la IP de localhost. Sería interesante saber si el servidor dónde desean realizar esta configuración tiene acceso a internet, ya que los complementos de IIS deben ser descargados desde la web. A complete solution would require some additional configuration than just ssl installaion. If the domain is public than it must be recognized by world CAs, kindly message me for details and we can complete it quickly
