Configurazione VPN , Firewall e necessario su Windows Server e 2 Mikrotik SXT LTE

I have a vps server with windows server 2016 with VPN L2TP and AD DNS configured 2 Mikrotik SXT LTE6 With Firmware 7.1.2 VPN L2TP IPSec configured Currently I can access from windows server to the 2 mikrotik via their address assigned by the vpn. I need to access from windows server to the devices in the mikrotik 1,mikrotik 2 network and access from the mikrotik 1 network to the mikrotik 2 network and vice versa. Attached is a diagram of the current network with the relevant addresses. Ho la necessita di accedere da windows server ali dispositivi della rete mikrotik 1,mikrotik 2 e accedere dalla rete mikrotik 1 alla rete mikrotik 2 e viceversa. In allegato trovate uno schema della rete attuale con i relativi indirizzi.
