Web CSS Template Design

We are looking for a Web graphic designer / CSS developer to design and develop the CSS for some web templates. These templates will be used with online assessment (surveys/ exams/tests/questionnaires etc). The templates will be single screen templates. We will initially required 8 templates to be produced. One of these templates will be a "default" template. These will be shown also be shown on an example page of our site. Our example page will initially have 8 assessments. Also a logo should be provided for each of the templates. The example assessment are listed below: Customer Satisfaction Survey Market Research Employee Suitability Test (Personality Test) English/Spanish Language Test Driving Competence Test US/UK Immigration Test IQ Test Fun Quiz We would also like 4 templates for certificates to be produced. One of these templates will also be a "default" template. The certificates include a 'seal" and a 'signature'. The CSS code will also be entered onto our online tool. Before creating the CSS for the templates we would like the Designer / Developer to frist produce mock ups of how the templates will look. The completed mockups may also be used on the site (when the user is choosing the template). Desired skills are: - Web graphic design - CSS - Experience of graphic design tools for example Photoshop and Illustrator - Good verbal communication in English. - A good Internet connection for Skype.
