They should be very good in the use of typo script and templavolia to set up websites on the typo3 framework. Design layouts will be provided to you on a project by project basis and you will be responsible for the porting of that template onto the typo3 system. Experience in typo3 extension development and the customization of most of the freely available extension on [login to view URL] is a very strong plus.
