HighLevel Onboarding + Social Media Posts + Facebook Ads

I'm own a supply company and want to start helping my customers book more jobs. I use HighLevel for my company and would like to start using that for them as well. In the beginning the purpose of HighLevel is just so I can give them a special number that I will use for the social media posts as well as the facebook ads so they know the lead is coming from us. At this point I'm not sure if they will be using GHL as well or just for the phone number. Some will probably use because they don't have a CRM they are currently using. For GHL I would also need to make sure their phone number is registered with A2P so we can actually use it. The content for the social media posts will come from an app called CompanyCam. We should be able to automate it so when the pictures are taken and tagged you would get an alert to make the facebook post with those images. Sometimes there will be photographers that take the pictures or videos so that would be communicated via email or whatsapp. These will be typically before and after pictures. I also want the post to go onto their GMB profile but want to use Local Viking to help with their SEO and GMB rankings For the social posts I may want just once everything is completed. Or I may want to post before pictures as well. If doing the completed job only the post would be something like "check out the fence job we did in town. If doing before a before post plus a completion post: The before would show the before photos and say, here's a job we're going to be doing soon in town, stay tuned for the results! Then the after post would be, remember that job we said we would be doing? Well, here's the results! Then that image or video will then be ran as a facebook lead ad with a budget of $20-$50. This needs to be advertised so their page is shown but I will be the one taking care of the ad spend so it shouldn't be charged to their account. It should be charged to your account and I reimburse you. Facebook lead ads must be in GHL so I can see ad spend, # of leads, metrixs, etc I want to do this for every material order they send us so that I can help them get more leads and grow their business which will then help us sell more materials. Not sure how many this would be but I would think at least 1-4 new account setups each week with an initial 5 accounts. For social posts it would be at 20-40 per week if just doing the after job completion but could be as high as 60-80. If doing both the before and the after it will be around 40-80 or may be as high as 120-160 For the ads it will probably be 20-40 per week Not sure how someone would price this but my initial thought is a flat rate per account setup in GHL, post, and ad. Or maybe a flat rate for GHL account and then monthly fee per x amount of posts and ads? Summary - Setup account in GHL - Get access to their social accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and GMB - Make up social posts from pictures and videos provided - Post on Facebook - Post on Local Viking for GMB - Run facebook lead ads - Your account get charged and I reimburse you.
