Entertainment Site need for a Disc Jockey

We need to build a site for Disc Jockey essentially it will be a profile of the Disc Jockey kind of like a sales Tool. Requirements: 1) Create a Top Menu System: HOME : ABOUT DJ RUBB : MUSIC SPECIALTY: CLIENT LIST : TYPES OF EVENTS : HOW TO WORK WITH ME : CONTACT ME : 2) Flash on each page would be great but not necessary 3) Images that can be used: Disc Jockey Equipment, Microphone, Speakers, Club Scene, Lights 4) A contact form is required with validation to be e-mailed to the recipient which will be 5) Pictures of events are required: weddings, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, kids parties and clubs Colors to be used: Black background, Royal or Navy Blue and other colors for enhancements and detailing.
