Build a Website

I'm creatin an intranet portal on visual studio 2015 usin asp.net with C#. It is a simple application but which employs bootstrap code to enable it to be responsive, uses jQuery, css and some amount of html code. So far so good as long as I am to talk of it. I need a master page designed as per my requirements, usin' the above technology. The problem with already built to use templates , is that generally all of them are written in html. And they merely change the extension from html to aspx. Which is what I don't want. I would like to have a master page designed/coded only usin' asp.net features, like standard controls. Since the website has to be responsive, I would need the master page to be responsive, but usin' as simple and as little code as possible, since I'm a student, I need the source code at student's level. Please if you believe you can borrow things from here and there and create one, give it up! I want this whole thin' to be done manually , typin' every single line of code, as mine is a student's credit based project , make me aware what you can do to help me. Thank you. w
