Wire-frame the home page to start the redesign of a travel website

Dear Sir, I have read your Project Description and checked the attache word document but I am bit confused on the overall requirements. Can you please clear the following confusions or answer the questions below? - Do you want to completely re-design your existing website but for the Home Page design, you wanted to see couple of mock-up design options? - Are you saying that you will try few Freelancers to design few options of the Home Page? - Hourly rate is fine but do you want us to give you total Man-Hours to re-design entire website or just the Home page? This initial message is just a formal confirmation that we are interested in this Project & technically there are no hurdles, as we have experienced team (40 + developers & few Designers) but for the price/time-line and overall process of work, we can discuss, once you drop me a message thru' Freelancer message board, as our first message to you is not formatted in a proper paragraph & also limitation of characters. we are ready with the sample mockup. we are ready to work with you on cost AUD 19/hr. "1) what has been expected by quoting a wireframe? A skeleton architecture or a prototype design? The confusion arose as in the document it has been mentioned to keep the current theme of site (black & white) for the wireframe. However wireframe are just skeleton architecture where the prototype will be having the design. Hence please confirm, whether we are expecting a wireframe or prototype. We have attached sample wireframe vs prototype. 2) We assume that you are looking for 1 page "home page" design for wireframe as a responsive design for desktop, mobile & tablet. And you are expecting 2 different versions, hence we are assuming there would be total 6 screens here we need to develop. Please confirm."

Hi there, I just finished reading your brief, and going over the examples provided. I just want to congratulate you, as this looks very promising, I can already sort of see where your new design is going. Anyway, since you kept mentioning wireframes, I want to make sure we're on the same page with this, and we're talking about the same thing: a page schematic, a blueprint if you will.
