Website design for selling an e-book through clickbank

I need a clean, professional looking website to sell my recently created e-book. I am going to sell this e-book through [login to view URL] so you will need to apply their guidelines as well. The site should be Linux based. I want original design not a stock template. I have found out some sites, which are matching my expectations. You can design my site on based on them. On assigning the work, I can tell you those. You should be prepared to make necessary changes in your design up to my satisfaction. I will prefer someone who has already designed a site selling products through clickbank. The site will have max 5 pages. I should be able to change the contents of the site through admin section. This is a must as I will frequently change the content. For hosting, I have a reseller hosting account with webhostingbuzz so we can use some features offered by them for free. I am also expecting help for some basic SEO work like adding meta tags (I have already made research on the keywords, so its just work of adding them on the site), assigning a no-follow, no-index to thank you page etc. My budget is limited and I cannot consider higher quotes. I will pay through escrow and in 3 installments – first on successful design, then on making the site live and finally on fine-tuning the site.
