Urgent Website Template Needed

This will need to be a fully customizable template, done all in HTML, that the winning bidder will customize to our specifications should the client need changes. We would like a few options for initial concepts within 24 hours of being awarded the job. (We will do so as soon as we find a provider we like) We will be populating all of the data, and the website consists only of 10-15 seperate pages, most being linked from the main page. There should be a static navigation bar/header, as is the case with the sites listed above. All information will be provided within a few hours of the project being awarded. We hope to find somebody with whom to do these types of jobs regularly. They are quick and easy, but we need something professional and sharp.
