Convert PSD to WordPress Theme

Hello WordPress Experts, We need to convert a PSD file into a WordPress theme. Theme must be widgets ready and fully XHTML/CSS compliant. IE6+, FF, Safari, Opera compatible. The main site (static) is already up and running and Wordpress will be used for the Blog portion only, thus theme needs to have the menu as in the main site. Also, RSS feed in Blog/theme needs to be visible. Credit link in the bottom must read "Theme Design and Hosting by OurCompany.com". ***IMPORTANT: This project can not go into your portfolio as it will go into ours*** This can be a trial project, many more conversions of PSD to Wordpress themes can be awarded to winning bidder if everything goes satisfactory. Funds will be put in Escrow and released only after all files have been received and tested to be working properly. Please bid if you can produce the final product in 3 days or less.
