I need to identify the credentials (including the email) of a twitter account ID that is making some Bad comments about some friends of mine. With that info, and other that the Freelancer may find, we're able to talk to him/her and try to reason so that those messages (tweets) stop immediately. To be Clear: No hacking or illegal activity is solicited.

I can use various search methods starting with google and matching connections of the twitter account and nickname, possible localization, times of tweets to find out most information and possibly identify the person. I may involve the target in discussion / attempt to contact to get more information from him or her. No illegal activities involved.
