Flex Autodialer Plugin

We need the ability to utilize twilio flex for agents as an inbound/outbound blended campaign. We currently use vicidial that include features such as the AMD and ACD for call distribution. This plugin should do the following: - based on a sort or list order preset, insert a count of leads into a "hopper" for outbound ratio dialing. - determine human answer vs others, and serve call to longest waiting available agent within 1000ms - leave answering machine message on outbound autodialed call - setting to increase/decrease per agent autodial call ratio - agent login option to choose which outbound call campaign to be active in... while also allowing an agent the choice of inbound only option - timezone filtering based on areacode for autodialing - Auto/Agent disposition system for lead record reports & tracking - campaign specific DNC pool - autodial lead priority capability. Lead pool A has rank 10, lead pool B has rank 5. insert a ratio of 2:1 count of leads into next hopper list sort when outobund call hopper is empty.
