Virtual Assistant for Administrative Tasks I am in need of a virtual assistant who can help me with administrative tasks on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks and be able to work independently. Hi there I have read the job description carefully in detail. This project is a great fit for me. I have worked as a chat support using olark and zendesk. I am also updating orders, documents and I do have a few years of experience in Product, Sales and Marketing. This project is a great fit for me as I have worked on various projects as a QA engineer, customer support, VA and tech support. I have also worked as a WordPress tech support which used Woocommerce and clickfunnels extensively. I have recently worked as an email support where I troubleshoot issues of users taking online courses. I provide them a better solution either via chat or email. I have worked as a 4400+ hours tech support for a hosting company in the USA (remote) where I was resolving issues regarding problematic IPS, nameservers. In the meantime, I was also addressing tickets reported by the client. I have also worked for more than 2900+ hours as an Email tech support agent for a leading language learning company (cudoo) where I troubleshoot issues of clients (in WordPress) and respond to them via email after logging it on Asana.
