I'm in search of a dedicated personal assistant located in Mexico who can efficiently handle a variety of tasks to streamline my daily activities and manage my local travel arrangements. Here's what I need: **Key Responsibilities:** - Organize local transportation: Coordinating with taxi services, rental agencies, or other transportation providers. - Handle specific shopping tasks: This includes trips to 7eleven for supplies. - Grocery shopping: Picking fresh produce and other necessities as required. - Running errands: Completing various out-of-the-house tasks effectively. - Mail/package delivery management: Receiving and sending out my mail and packages. **Skills and Experience:** - Exceptional organizational abilities. - Proven experience in travel coordination and errand running. - Resourceful and capable of independent problem solving. - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. - Familiarity with the local area to navigate and complete tasks efficiently. - Trustworthiness with handling personal tasks and information.
