Counselor / Advising Sales Consultant for New Marketplace and Advisor for startup (Proposition)

This is task is for consultation to discuss about the venture, your skill set if compatible with the venture, proposition based on your experience in either or all of the following domains ranging from E- Commerce, business devlopment, marketing and sales experience. Based on your advise on how to to successfully manange and convert sales as well as the management of the new marketplace successfully. The marketplace will offer 3 types of services the 1) online store + digital products + print on demand services, 2) blogging platform for bloggers and 3) affiliate marketing which will ensure that business becomes successful and sustainable in the long run. Your managerial experience,sales and business development experience, and online shopping skill expertise will proof very useful which if convincing enough will prompt a startup proposition yet to be discussed after evaluation. This venture requires someone experienced with business development skills as well as (online) marketing and sales experience with extensive background in B2C, social media marketing, advertising operations, account management, providing virtual assistance, uploading products and content into e-commerce platforms.; proficient in providing excellency in customer service while executing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and KPI based optimizing. Seasoned professional very capable when it comes to replying to customers emails and dealing with fulfillment, orders or returns,mvery capable of doing excellent product research and ensuring products sell. One who pays a lot of attention to details and always ready to learn more and work on to getting the perfect results. Responsibilities for consultation is to : *Read and evaluate my business model / marketing model/ Marketplace and provide recommendations if necessary * Advise sales and business development strategies, how to find high demand, hot social trending, viral products to sell (proof products) with very unique captivating designs with how much sales they have been making *Advise me to find suppliers that sell these products (From AliExpress,etc ) with great reliable and cost effective shipping * advise me how to add it to my store with SEO titles, Description, HQ Photos, and Tags *advise me how to find Videos Showing these Products being used to benefit a user and solving a problem, video should be copyright / infringement free so that it can be used on the marketplace *advise me how to negotiate deals to benefit the marketplace by using your own initiative * advise me what to look for and how to Review and comparing publishing deals provided by Amazon and other digital sites and crafting a better publishing deal that will be very beneficial for digital product vendors dealing with books, audios, music, videos, etc. as well as beneficial for the Marketplace to be very profitable. *how to crafting a referral and reward cost effective program for affiliate service for the online market place * Give suggestions to improve the business and what you are able to do as an overall manager / virtual assistant to grow the business from pre-startup to successful Marketplace, advise how to review, select and manage quality content for Marketplace and how to improve on and more This is a long term project and I will like to work with you.I look forward hearing from you so we can discuss more and working with you long term.
