I am looking for a Virtual Assistant who is capable of handling cold calls for a potential new office locations in Washington State USA. I am looking for office space specifically and have a specific budget in mind.I am seeking someone reliable and organized who will be able to make calls to potential available properties within Washington State. The person should also be experienced and comfortable talking on the phone. I am ready to commit to this project and need someone who is able to dedicate the time needed to find the right location. I will provide all the necessary details, including my budget and some specifications on the area. The right candidate should be organized, detail oriented, and have strong customer service skills. Good communication and phone-speaking skills are essential. If you think you possess the right qualifications, please do not hesitate to contact me. Send a voice message recorded with YOUR voice introduction of self. Hourly paid is 2 USD per hour first month then increased after 30 days to 3 USD per hour. Sixty day project initially that could lead to something permanent as a VA for me. Call timing to USA is PST zone. Calls between 9am to 4pm at the latest. Hours for calling are the aforementioned and you will need to use tracking and update a CRM with outcomes of the calling. Require three hours of calling each day of work with an hour of CRM updating. More hours are available if you capability is there. Must have good working internet and able to make outgoing calls to USA with Google Voice or third party app.
