Position Overview: We are seeking a serious and experienced video editor for potential long-term collaboration, capable of crafting compelling video content that enhances our influencer’s message and brand presence. This role is crucial in engaging our audience effectively and contributing to our mission of empowerment and education. You must be able to produce high quality work within reasonable timeframes, pay attention to details and be able to come up with creative video editing solutions and/or ideas that suit our marketing strategy. As part of the interview process we will test your skills in order to ensure we are the right fit. Responsibilities: - Edit 30-60 short-form videos monthly tailored for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, reflecting current trends and our brand ethos - Edit 2 long-form YouTube videos per month (10-15 minutes each) that are engaging and informative - Enhance storytelling and viewer engagement by incorporating suitable graphics, animations, and effects - Transform long-form content into short-form clips for diverse social platforms - Repurpose best-performing videos using fresh trends, creative text overlays, and new sounds - Apply color grading techniques for visual appeal and brand consistency - Provide captions and subtitles for broader accessibility - Design thumbnails that increase YouTube video click-through rates - Implement strategic marketing techniques to boost viewer engagement and retention, focusing on impactful starts, clear calls-to-action, and engaging narratives Application Process: We invite applications from all individuals who resonate with our mission and possess the required skills.
