Dear Client, (*new edit): Brainstorming for the schedule would be great, please allow an hour to come up with a good baseline, I'd capture the ideas (everything is a good idea in the beginning :) ), structure, prioritize then present them to you. If you can't make a decision there and then, it's all good, we can park it for the next session whenever it suits. We'll keep funnelling the ideas, turn them into tasks and at the same time I'll help you start with a draft schedule, this usually happens after 2-3 sessions; We'll repeat the process until you no longer need my services. Reference - I'll provide you contact details of my supervisor and / or manager. Won't write their details here for everyone to see, though. Would that be good enough? I am a seasoned project manager with 10+ years of scheduling experience for up to 10 team members. I am also scheduling 'life' for my 2 children, wife, and of course, myself around the house. I'd love to help you create an easy to understand schedule, some flair as well as flexibility to make the schedule easy to change, available in your desktop / mobile, and so on.
