I am remodeling an older residential home. The customer would like to see several cosmetic changes rendered to the home so they can make intelligent decisions. I do NOT have a detailed CAD file, but I have a basic floorplan, plus many pictures and dimensions (see attached file). What I need is someone who can work with the attached details and perform the following, Scope of Photo Realistic Renderings: I need a Front, Back, and Right Side elevations of the home and possibly a 3D Video "fly around" Variations on the renderings that we need include the following: 1-Two versions of the siding - One showing all board and batten, one showing a mix of lap siding and board and batten 2-A rendering that shows Board and Batten applied to the front elevation over top the brick veneer on the left wing 3-A rendering showing House with and without Front Shutters 4-A rendering showing New Windows with a different Grid Pattern and possibly a different color 5-A rendering showing gutters in a dark/black color as well as a white color 6-A rendering showing the carport as an enclosed single car garage... With 2-3 different garage styles / colors 7-A rendering showing the house in the current 10" column width as well as an alternate 12" column width 8-A rear rendering showing an optional screened porch (I can provide detailed pics of an example of what this screened porch would look like)
