model & animate a 3d human moving in C++

I need 2 x 3d models of people, an adult in low detail and an adult in high detail. I would like these models built in .3ds/ .obj format I would like c++ code that will load these models into a set of 3d meshes, and animate the meshes in four ways: walking running sitting down falling down I need the code built in C++ without boost or any other third party library dependancies. The interface of the class should allow me to: - get pointer to the mesh data structure - set movement type (walk/ run/ sit/ fall) - set movement speed - set time the mesh should have the following structure: - a vector of points, each point being a struct with 3 elements being x,y,z coordinates, and 3 elements being x,y,z direction of the normal - a vector of triangles each triangle being a struct containing 3 indices into the points vector. They will point to the three vertices of the triangle. The rigging & animiation of the 3d models should match industry standards if possible so that other 3d models of people can be loaded and used if needed. Please also build a basic program that will display & animate the result in a Qt / opengl window.
