We are looking for an individual who can assist our existing customer and at the same time take the initiative to get a new customer on board. We have a huge number of businesses already in our client database who needs to be contacted to maintain relations in terms of introducing new products for Businesses in Australia. We are an Internationally reputed Courier Company having offices in all major cities in the world and this position is open for our Australia office located near Parramatta where you will be reporting to after successful inclusion in the team. We are here to offer a generous salary and commission for the sales. To be successful in this role you must have experience in Customer Service and some experience in sales. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities: Having outstanding capability in customer service and sales,. Knowledge and experience in Business To Business sales will be an advantage Exceptionally good phone manner is required Some cold calling will be required alongside following up with huge number existing leads Conversant with email and spreadsheet is a must. Must have internet access with a minimum reasonable speed,. Must have a workable computer. Noise Free working environment is a must for any applicant who wants to work from home. Hello, I have heard about DTDC when I was a Retail Partnership Manager for a big accessory brand based in New York City, US. I have a few questions about the tasks. These are just some: 1. Is this open to 100% remote working? I am from the Philippines but has been working remotely since 2017 so all hardware requirements and home office set up are surely met. 2. Will there be training provided? Scripts? Are there KPI's already set or at least targets set for this position? 3. I am assuming that we will calling different businesses. How does the schedule look like? Before becoming a B2B sales representative, I was also a customer service representative for 7 years so cold-calling is doable. I am very interested and would like to ask more.
