I am looking for an experienced appointment setter to assist me with setting up appointments for [login to view URL], a litigation drafting AI platform that is targeted to lawyers in the USA. Target Audience: - Our target audience consists of litigation lawyers who are seeking AI to help them speed up drafting litigation documents. Our product is targeted to two specific pain points in litigation drafting: responding to discovery and drafting Answers. - Leads HAVE specifically requested information from us, either by filling out a form, registering on our website, or using a trial of our software. Preferred Method of Setting Appointments: - The preferred method of setting appointments is through phone calls. We have an email campaign/funnel that will also be running concurrently with the calls. Number of Appointments Needed: - We require approximately 300 warm leads coming into [login to view URL] each month to be contacted on a regular basis, resulting in 60-90 set appointments per month. Skills and Experience: - Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone - Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing - Familiarity with the legal industry and understanding of the needs of litigation lawyers - Ability to handle objections and effectively persuade potential clients to schedule appointments - Strong organizational skills to manage and track leads and appointments efficiently If you have a proven track record in appointment setting and possess the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you. Please provide examples of your previous work and explain how you would approach setting appointments for ai.law. Hi, my name is Tom I'm an experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Manager with extensive experience selling SaaS products. I can do both appointment setting and sales closing I prefer closing. My approach is first to understand the products and identify the pain points we are solving for the clients. My selling strategy is to make the client understand the value of our product and what it can bring to his business, I like to get a lot of small "Yes" by asking questions related to our software that point out the benefits of our software and those small "Yes" will eventually lead to big "Yes" and the client will buy one of our plans. I have experience with various CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, Salesflare, etc.) and various calling tools. In my previous positions, I have closed several high-ticket deals with C-level executives.
