• Monitoring Wan link’s of ESG customer using monitoring tools like Solar wind, What’s up Gold, RUCKUS and INMS Server etc.
• Providing telephonic/Mail/remote base support to client for network related and application related issues.
• Co-ordination with NOC/IDC team for Routing and switching and upstream related issue.
• To generate trouble ticket/assign call to field team/documentation to client and sending incident (RFO)/ to escalate issue to upper level team to maintain SLA with ESG client.
• Dealt with configuration of EIGRP,OSPF,RIP,BGP, FTP, SMTP/POP3 mail services, Router, switch on L2 level also aware of troubleshooting of issues.
• Good Knowledge of Firewall and Cyberoam also aware of some basic troubleshooting.
